Infinity Health Services was established in 1997 and is privately owned and operated with over multiple years of nursing, therapy, and care giving experience.

• We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and clients will always speak with someone live when calling.
• Infinity Health Services will schedule the initial assessment within 24-48 hours of the referral and in most cases sooner.
• We service all of Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Counties to serve your clients needs.

• We are members of the National Association for Home Care, the Ohio Council for Homecare, Ohio KePro-Ohio's Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, the American Physical Therapy Association, and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
