Medicare: Medicare is an available program for most patients over the age of 65. If an individual is homebound, under a physician’s care, and requires medically necessary skilled nursing or therapy services, he/she may be eligible for services.
Medicaid: Medicaid is a joint federal-state medical assistance program for low-income individuals that is administered by the state. The state of Ohio will cover nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and home health aide services.
PASSPORT: PASSPORT is a Medicaid program that is provided through a special waiver from the center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This program offers an alternative to clients who meet Medicaid nursing home qualifications. We work closely with PASSPORT case managers to coordinate home care services.
Private Pay: Private duty care is available for our clients. These services, most often, compliment existing traditional payor sources or can be offered for our clients to supplement their care. Our private duty staff offers a variety of special services to allow our clients to maintain independence and the ability to remain at home.
