- Our clients are assessed by a healthcare professional within 48 hours of referral or discharge from a facility. We communicate with our clients, caregivers, and physicians regarding the client’s plan of care.
- We encourage family involvement.
- Every client admitted to our agency receives a comprehensive evaluation by a skilled professional. That plan of care is updated according to the client’s needs.
- Our staff will provide a service calendar so that clients will be aware of their homecare schedule.
- We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Client concerns are resolved within 24 hours.
- Infinity Health Services Management Team will make customer satisfaction inquiries to insure that you are receiving the highest level of quality care.
