Norma Goodman RN BSN, Administrator

Norma is the administrator of Infinity Health Services. She started the agency in 1997 for the purpose of providing quality care to people in their homes. She attributes the success of the agency to the dedicated team of professionals working together daily to accomplish Infinity’s mission.
Norma is a native of Cleveland and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College in 1979.
Her clinical experience is medical-surgical, with a focus in cardiac nursing. She has worked in hospitals, physician offices, and schools before entering the field of home care.
She and her husband live in Orange Village and have three sons.
Matt Volansky PT, MBA, OCS

Matt is the Director of Operations for Infinity Health Services. His role in the agency includes overseeing of business operations, regulatory compliance, and human resources.
He obtained his Bachelors of Art in physical therapy from The University of Toledo, his Masters in Business from Baldwin Wallace College, and is currently completing his doctoral work in orthopedic physical therapy.
His business experience includes owning and operating a physical therapy contract agency and private practice. He is also a faculty member at Medical College of Ohio.
Colleen Mahaney RN COS-C HCS-D

Colleen is the assistant administrator for Infinity Health Services. She is responsible for all clinical operations. A 1982 graduate of St. Vincent Charity Hospital School of Nursing, her past experience includes emergency room nursing, cardiac, and critical care. Colleen has worked in health care since the early 70’s. She has been working in the homecare environment for 14 years and has been with Infinity since its inception. “I love what I do” best summarizes her attributes to the agency. “Homecare allows nurses the opportunity to have that one on one patient - nurse relationship.”
She places a strong emphasis on education and pursuit of excellence. In 2005, Colleen and several other Infinity nurses successfully completed the OASIS Competency and Certification Exam. In 2006, she plans on perusing a credential in homecare diagnostic coding. Her long term goals include returning to school to complete a degree in Health Care Administration.
Colleen considers her greatest blessings to be her faith, her family and her passion for nursing. A native of Cleveland, Colleen lives with her husband in Bay Village. They have two children, both in college.
Kristi Kirschnick RN COS-C

Kristi has been with Infinity Health Services for over 4 years. She is currently a case manager. She has an extensive background in Patient Advocacy, Gerontology, Dementia and Rehabilitation Services in both Acute and Long Term Care. Kristi has worked extensively with staff training and retention, continuing education and Staff Development. Kristi is a Certified CPR and First Aid Instructor.
Kristi played an intrical role in the implementation of our point of care software. She continues to manage the processes in relation to this undertaking.
Kristi is a Graduate of Lorain County Community College and brings 15 years of Health Care experience to her position with Infinity Health Services.
Kristi lives in North Ridgeville with her husband and three sons.
Valerie Gualtiere RN COS-C

Valerie is a case manager with Infinity Health Services. Her nursing background includes 27 years of health care experience in acute and long term care as well as Director of Nursing in Assisted Living. Valerie recently completed training and is now a certified oasis specialist. She is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and she and her family reside in Bay Village.
Mary Shrenkel RN COS-C

Mary is the Community Nurse Liaison for Infinity Health Services. She has been an RN for many years working in several diversified fields. Surgical nursing was her love so she worked Operating Room, Cardiac, and Emergency Room. She then moved into staff development, computer implementation, and training for new systems.
Last year, Mary underwent training in Columbus and is a Certified Oasis Specialist.
Before joining Infinity Health Services, Mary was a director of nursing working primarily with the aging population in home care, assisted living, and retirement communities with alzheimers/dementia residents.
She and her husband with their two puppies reside in Olmsted Falls.
Kim Kos RN
Kim is the eastside case manager. She has been a Registered Nurse for 13 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cleveland State University in 1992. She has extensive experience in medical and surgical intensive care nursing, and enjoys the opportunity to develop close and trusting relationships with her clients on the eastside.
Mary Anne Rantala RN

Mary Anne is a Case Manager for Infinity Health Services. She is a 1976 graduate of St. Alexis School of Nursing. She has over 25 years of experience in critical care. She joined us in 2005 after seeing first hand, the quality of care her mother received from Infinity Health Services' staff. "The compassion and care my mom receives from Infinity has been phenomenal. Because of the assistance they provide for my mother, she has been able to maintain her independence after my father's passing. I am proud to be a member of this team."
Michele Misch

Michele is the staffing and intake coordinator. She has been with Infinity Health Services for over 5 years. Michele is a STNA with over 15 years experience in both the foreground and background of homecare. She has a vast knowledge of community resources, including state and federally funded programs.
Lisa Geschke

Lisa is the financial operations manager at Infinity Health Services. With over 20 years of experience in health care administration, she is currently responsible for the agency’s financial operations, human resources issues and employee payroll.
Lisa Von Lehmden

Lisa is the Community Education Liaison for Infinity Health Services. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications. She appreciates having an opportunity to be in a position where she can use her communication skills to educate people about services available to them.
Christie Kendall

Christie is the office manager for Infinity Health Services. She has over 5 years of management and customer service experience, in addition to first hand knowledge of caregiving. Christie's responsibilities encompass providing staff support and ensuring office efficiency.
Aimee Hejduk

Aimee is the Medicare Biller. She obtained her diploma for Medical Billing/Coding at Sanford Brown Institute in Middleburg Heights. “I get more job satisfaction out of this job than any other.”
Kathryn Brelo
Kathryn is a senior at Cleveland State University pursuing a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Marketing. Kathryn assists with clerical duties around the office.
Liz Mahaney

Liz is in her third year at Lorain County Community College pursuing a degree in nursing. She has been working for Infinity Health Services since 2003. She assists with various clerical duties around the office.
