New Low Vision Program

More than four million Americans experience challenges caused by low vision.  As people get older, they’re often faced with age-related diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and others that impair their sight and compromise their lifestyle.  Even the most basic tasks of daily living can become frustrating, frightening and unmanageable.

Infinity is proud to be the first home health care agency in Ohio to offer a new and innovative Low Vision Program. Our team of certified, specially trained clinicians and therapists will assess our patient’s living environment and create an individually tailored plan to improve their physical, emotional and social well-being.  This program provides our patients with the tools to function freely within their own home, restoring confidence safety and comfort.  Now that’s looking ahead.
